Shipping Info: All our records are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so they can withstand the abuse of shipment.

All items from the order will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser. Bienvenue Recordings can not be held responsible for shipping to a wrongly/poorly provided address. Bienvenue Recordings is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company (in this case you will have to voice a claim with them). Items for shipment to countries outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto Bienvenue Recordings.
